Dropping/ no sports bra? Help!

Hi girls I’m 4 weeks post op and my boobs are still very high..do you think it’s ok to go a couple of hours without a sports bra a day? z

I would’ve thought it’d be ok 4 weeks po. Just make sure you do put it back on, but I can’t imagine a few hours without it will hurt x

I used to go without it from 9 till Half 2 xx

It’s only because my Boobs are still really high so thought I’d try and let gravity have a go lol 🙂 x

I was wondering this, mine arent that high but i like to give them a rest for like an hour if i can! Only 3 weeks post op, surely that wont be doing them any harm?

is that high profiles or am I just bein g thick? it will be fine @char I used to do it for hours as long as your not bending over and doing anything silly I was just laid in bed x x x

Yeah I think full is same as high.. I’ve got it back on now but think I might give the girls a rest a bit later on 🙂

Thanks Char! I’m happy with them and my scars are looking good Just want them to drop in time off 6 weeks so I can wear a normal bra x
