    Hi girls

    Can anyone recommend anything cream or something for very dry nipples? Doesn’t help cause they are soooooo sensitive 🙁 xxx

    Omg the sensitive nipples are the worst. Even my sports bra touching them hurts. Ahhh! Xxx

    Lansinoh cream or something like that hun u can get it from boots.. also u could put cotton pads in ur sports bra that stops any rubbing x

    Aqueous is great for dry skin

    I use nursing pads & nipple balm to stop them from rubbing against the sports bra. I can’t wait for it to go away bah!xxx

    I just used e45 on all my scarring as well for my dry nipples I went from this to

    Big Asda’s or Tesco’s will sell both Lansinoh and breast pads – found in the baby aisle! Lansinoh worked wonders for me when I was breastfeeding as my nips were raw!!!!

    E45 cream same as above, probs in the aisle with the ladies moisturisers xx

    Thanks girls. I thought we can’t cream our scars until 6wks PO… im just over 2wks xxx

    When did your nipples start hurting? I’m 15 days post op and they are completely numb I can’t feel them at all xxx

    That’s was little tip I got from my auntie breast cancer surgeon Mr Absar he was the head consultant at North Manchester but it’s seem to help loads with my 1st uplift but was told off my nurse not to put anything on them for 6 weeks but he told me to do it soon as scabs are dryed out and flaking away its all about smoothing out the scarring xx
