Econsult and general questions

I’ll of hopefully saved up enough For a breast enlargement by mid next year 2024 & so just wondered how long the process takes from the first econsultsation? Am I best if waiting until next year before booking that? I don’t want to go huge, I’m currently only a 30A so just want to feel A bit more like a woman but I’m only 27 and no kids. If I had kids in the future what effec will have an enlargement have, if any? I’m a very tiny frame.
