Effect of pregnancy on my breast augmentation

Hi,
Thinking of having a 3rd baby. Have had my implants for around 3 years now & they are still pretty much how they were at the beginning. Has anyone seen a dramatic change after pregnancy with their breasts after augmentation? I don’t want them to sag like before and hoping that my implants, because they are under muscle, will be ok? I had big-ish implant (525cc) so I know that won’t help and my breasts do go up a couple of sizes during pregnancy. Any advice wud be great, thanks x
