embarrassing question…

Sorry to lower the tone but can I ask you ladies how long you waited to have sex post op?

I’ve been reading that most surgeons say 2-3 weeks until you can have sex but obviously need to protect your breasts and obviously no crazy positions.

How long before you are clear to get back to normal sex where you don’t need to worry about touch or hurting your boobs?

I had sex like the day after but only in ways which were comfortable. I don’t really know why it would matter tbh x

They say you shouldn’t raise your heart rate or cause much movement to your boobs for 2-3 weeks. I did think it seems like a long time.

We was from a few days post op, maybe four. Nothing like normal though which is getting frustrating lol. I’m now 17po and still very limited.
