Emergency/out of hours number

@myamoderator I’ve noticed one or two people saying they get no response when calling the emergency out of hours phone number, is this a common occurrence or is there currently a problem?

I rang them last night and they answered within a few seconds x

Think it’s hit and miss. I phoned them friday morning they answered but I woke the girl up and she had no idea what she was talking about xx

Sounds hit or miss to me! Still no response from yesterday. Calling Nottingham office today anyway as it happens! Luckily not a complete emergency but not too good for when it is!!! Xxx

Baring in mind I rang the number at 11am on a Sunday. Not even like people are asleep! For me that’s a pretty easy call to pick up! X

Have you got through yet? That is really annoying i hope you get it all sorted and they pick up their phone!!! Xxx
