So today I think it has all took its toll on me and I’ve had a good cry. Not one bit regretting my BA just I think all the tireless nights, achy boobs, headache and nausea is finally taking its toll from the G A. Anyone else emotional few days after op?
Sam, this us completely normal I didn’t cry but was miserable and wondered if it was all really worth it. Stopping taking the painkillers helped me and sleeping in the spare single bed where I could rest assured I wouldn’t get knocked. My sleep didn’t really settle until 9 days but I just balanced by snoozing throughout the day x
Oh no big hugs Hun. Ok dreading the recovery with my 2 kids. Do you really sleep that badly? After my wk off I’m back on night shifts at the airport so dreading it!! Hope tomoros better for you xx
Hey same i had the tears and feeling crap the 1st week after my surgery babe(I’m 17 days post) .. Its normal but you do feel better as the days go on and your emotions settle! Hugss xx
Thanks girls, I’m sure will get better. I think I’ve prob just been doing too much and not resting as my h as should of. I had to rush to the toilet this morning to be sick and as I steadied myself to the ground I had a sharp pain at the front of my boob think I’ve been worrying about that too. Sleeping hasn’t been too bad it’s just waking up with a hurting back and seem to be slumped over most of the day. Off out for lunch tomorrow with the bestie so maybe that will cheer me up a bit. thanks for all your advice girls your all angels x
I sat on the floor n cried a couple of times after my ba lol not from pain i dunno why!! Just a build up of things. But i found it only happened after id taken the tablets the diclofenac!! Wen i stopped takin them i was fine x
