Empty 34DD – told not to have uplift?!?!

I am currently an empty 34DD with mild ptosis, wanting to be a full F. Had my consultation with Mr Mounir who was very sure I didn’t need an uplift right now, but advised me to have 590cc overs to give me the fullness. I am worried these are going to make my boobs sag even more!!!!! Any ladies with before and after pics or in a similar situation?!?!
