Empty tea bag boobs

Hi was just wondering if there’s anyone who’s had a full lift and implant, I’m currently 36/38 dd but empty.. How big will I end up going? I’ve been to a different clinic before and said il need a full lift.. So intrigued to see what fiumara says.. Can people send photos please xx
