Essentials.. what do i need?

Hey,

Just wondered if anyone could give me some tips on what i need to get for after my boobs are done and also what i need to take with me for my op tomorrow.. im a day case. Thanks x

Sports bra, comfy loose fitting clothes that do up at the front, mags, fizzy drink/snacks for after, ipad/phone, pillow to put between you & the seatbelt for when you go home!! Dont need that much to be honest xxx

Thanks hunnie.. i already have a few sports bras. Going to wear a onesie i think then as its super comfy. Didnt think about the pillow thats a good tip 🙂 x

i got these two pack things off ebay that can be used hot or cold so one kept in the freezer n the other u microwave, u use cold for the first bit to take down swelling, n then after that the warm, felt so nice! they helped SOO much! x
and food thats easy to cook/reach, i tried to make pasta n ended up dropping it all in the sink lol :/ x

They sound great hun, ill have a look see if i can find something similar.

they sell em in boots i think for like a fiver! x lol i wasnt very prepared my mum went to work and i starved ha definately gonna plan it better this time! good luck!! 😀 x

Jessica, i would say definitely splurge on a professionally made compression garment to wear afterwards. it helps with the swelling and makes the scars flatter. i used Macom compression garments after my boob job and really liked them. if you call or order online they’re pretty quick with it! good luck with everything x
