I think that would depend how much more you are wanting to lose really, like if it was more than a stone id say wait abit longer but if it was less than a stone id say go for it an you can continue to lose afterwards. Obviously 6 weeks off gym but you can still diet as for excercise with boobs, i have been back since 6 weeks i took it easier to start with an was very careful but now at 14 weeks pretty much back to normal i dont lift heavy weighs or anything but i didnt pre op. If you do do weights u can eventually get back to normal but you just have to start small an build back up gradually xx
