    Hi girls

This might be a really sad post(!) however I spend a lot of the time in the gym/running/general exercise etc and we have to take 6 weeks off. I’m obviously going to stick to the rules but I will find not exercising difficult and probably frustrating!

Has anyone else had difficulty with this and got any advice??!

    Thanks

    Xx

I miss the gym sooooooo much! feel like ive put a stone on and I had 8 weeks from when I had my op till I went away on holiday 🙁 ive now got 4 weeks on Tuesday till my holiday and I just can not take it any longer!! so from Monday im going to do as many squats as I possibly can a day till my holiday lol.
ive read women on here who are gym addicts who have slowly got back into it after the first few weeks, but if u can hang in there then maybe start to try ease back in after 4 weeks maybe? xx

That’s one of me biggest concerns as well…….not only training regularly but also working in the fitness industry :-I I wont last 6 weeks without anything. Lower body will train sooner. My friend did after 2 weeks. At least to keep my legs and bum in shape hihih

Just listen to your body, if it hurts don’t do it. Simple..
Start with the treadmill, bike, maybe cross trainer without using the arms. However, I believe if there are complications it will be entirely your fault for not following the aftercare rules. So damned if you do, damned if you don’t 🙁
As long as you don’t start having takeaways and cakes every day…- you shouldn’t put too much weight on. I didn’t exercise for 3 months, I only put on 2 pounds.. To be honest it’s hard to get back to my original weights, but I’m getting there:)

Thanks girls! I knew I wouldn’t be the only one! I’m the same just don’t want to get a flat bum haha

I’ll just have sort my diet out and suck it up in the interim :/ I know I will miss it but don’t want to risk anything!

    Xxx
