I started bike and legs after my 1 week check as the nurse said I could, but I did double check. I started jogging at about 5 weeks but just gentle, wore two sports bras and did crunches and planks, but I had to for my job – so if you don’t need to then don’t as there is lots more you can do. From my 7 week surgeon check I was back in the gym as normal (with permission lol) but found lifting weights, especially above my head difficult and weird, so didn’t. Im 15/16 weeks post op and pretty much back to normal but don’t like pull ups yet 🙂 xxx
