hello, I have the exact same problem!! I used to do kickboxing 3-5 times a week, and running as well.. I’ve seen the nurse for my one week post op and she said that I can’t do any CRAZY cardio, but she didnt say anything about light cardio ^^. I am trying to be sensible though, and will leave it till after I’ve had the stitches taken out (which is in 2 days). I will ask my surgeon what he thinks, but when I met him for the first time before the op he said I should be able to go back to the gym after 3 weeks! I did have overs though, so not sure if that’s why my recovery is slight quicker? Do you want me to let you know what he said when I see him on Tuesday :)? xx
