Exercise after surgery

Hiii!

I’m undergoing septorhinoplasty at the end of next month & I was wondering if any of you had experience of exercising post op??

I know they advise to wait for 6 weeks before you can go back to the gym, but has anyone returned before this? Is the six weeks needed for rhinoplasty?

Hi! I had rhinoplasty done 3 weeks ago now and I’m back to the gym already and have been for a few days and had no problems at all! hope that helps!

I am only a week post op and have just walked the last few days that’s it. I cant wait to get back to the gym. They say you can swell when you start exercising again, how has it been for you @sophie ?
