Extra high profile?

Girls!
My PA just called with my surgery time and confirmed the sizes etc, then said ‘extra high profile’..
What does this mean?! They’re not going to look stuck on are they?
I’m 5’3 / 7 stone 10 lbs / 32B (used to be a C so have a wobbly size – sort of!) getting 340CC unders hope to be a D/DD am I getting the right size?!

Hey hun,
Extra high profile means the position of your implants to put it bluntly. There are 4 positions which are low, moderate, high profile and extra high profile. Dont be alarm though because these decision are based on what your pre op breasts look like. For example, some people might have really low profile breasts already so might need that extra high profile to boost them up or some girls already great positioning so the surgeon might stick to a moderate profile 🙂 If its a natural look youve asked for, trust your surgeon to give you that 🙂 Alot of ladies here had extra high profile and they look amazingly natural and fantastic results in itself. I hope they’re the size I want. I called to go bigger but can’t without seeing my surgeon again but the surgery is on Saturday and I can’t get out of work to see him again, boo.

Georgia, was 340cc the biggest he offered you? I went for the biggest i was offered which is 415cc but i started of as 32A so I didnt have a lot to start with, however your a C cup, which means you’ve already got boobs. I think you’ll be bigger than me once yours is done haha!!xx

Is there alot of difference with the high and extra high and does the surgeon decide this nyway?? Xx

To be honest, I dont have much of an idea as to what the difference is. I told my surgeon what i wanted and this is what he said. He would decide it for you hun when you tell him what kind of look you’re after xx

I believe so, yeah! I don’t recall any other numbers being said. I about a stone recently taking me from a C to a B, but they’re quite a big B I reckon. What size bra are you now? Xx

Yea im due for op in three n half weeks yours r completely high enough i wouldnt want them under my chin so will express this lol x

Not been measured yet. Only 7 days post op and still living in my sports bras, which are 34DD/E. I dont get measured until 6 weeks 🙁 xx

THe profile of your implant is how far it protrudes from your chest wall or how far they *stick out* and also how wide they are. Low profile implants will be wide and fairly flat with the size in the sides, high profiles will be narrower at the base but will stick further forward.
