I had extra high Hun and I don’t think they protrude at all are u going overs or unders x

Your surgeon will know whats best for you, but if i was you i would seek out some picture of extra high profile and have a look.. another alternative is to see another surgeon to see what they think..
If you worried have a chat with the surgeon, and im sure he will assure you.
