Extra high profile / ultra high profile

Have any ladies on here have the uhp?

I’ve currently got hp but I’ve been recommend by my surgeon to swap to uhp.

I’m a bit worried as I’m not a fan on the full on fake look I would still like them to look natural but with more upper pole fullness. I would still like side boob.

I’m looking at 420cc or 460cc.

Currently I have 300/300cc HP and measure at a 28Ff they don’t look that big at all!

I’m a 6 top 8bottom
And I’m 5ft
Quite a slim build.

I’ve got 410 uhp and they aren’t big nor they look fake at all I already want bigger as I want,ore upper pole and side boob and overall bigger haha xx
