Extreme incision pain/can't move arm?! ?

Had my op yesterday and was fine (just sore and uncomfortable) but after the 2 hour car journey home today I am in sooo much pain. My left incision is killing me! I can’t move my left arm without a stabbing sharp pain in my left boob. Everytime it happens I just cry! Pain killers aren’t touching the pain either ?
This morning I could do my hair, brush my teeth, pull my trousers up/down on my own but now I can’t even lift my arm. Might I have just done too much too soon? ?
Worried because I don’t know what to expect or if it’s normal

Hey, sounds like you might need to slow down a bit. I didn’t try to lift my arms for the first 3 days ha! Maybe contact your nurse incase the journey hurt your incisions? X

I know I think I have maybe pushed myself abit much!! Its just my left is causing me agony ? I tried looking for my nurses phone number today but don’t have it, so I’m gonna contact mya tomorrow to get it. Just to double check everything’s alright x

Did you ever get in touch with mya about this? I am 2 days post op and having exact same pains in my right boob arm and incision! I’m worried now x

Hiya Charley, yeah I spoke to the nurse at mya and she said it was normal and that it was the nerves healing. I started taking tramadol and it made a massive difference! By day 5 it was much better, I know your pain though I cried all of the time on day 2 loll

Sorry my requests never work! Iv cancelled and tried again! Im day three now and its still so sore i feel so much better tho after your post! Im not alone haha, hopefuly it will start to ease over next few days.. ?
