Fake tan!!! I'm like a snow man :(

What’s the reason we can’t use false tan b4 a BA Girls? I’m really struggling to look at my pasty white skin!!!! 🙁 xx

because it can cause infections in incisions once skin is opened and because it can change the skins natural moisture wich can effect the way ur skin heels were its been cut. im guessing it may also make it harder for them to keep an eye on skin tones for oxygen levels whilst ur under
