advice hun…make sure you get senokot or anything else to help you go to toilet, i only went today for the first time since last mon/tues!!! had belly ache from it aswell…i’ve been taking senokot etc since friday and its only just worked, and that was only a little bit!! x x

yes its very uncomfortable! lol oh and the packet says to take 1 at night, i was taking 2 throughout the day and night! haha still didnt work! x x
