Farting boobs!!!

My boobs sometimes make a rumbley farty noise if I stretch a bit too far! I am guessing it’s just air settling after the op (I’m 5 days po) but will it always do it?

Im giggling as I freaked out when it happened to me it felt like they were popping I was convibced Id damaged them but its so normal and it does stop after a bit mine havent done it for about a week. The nurse told me it was get air inside from the op.
