Fed up waiting!! MYA fitzroy

My admission time was 10:30 it’s not 4:10pm and I’m still waiting! I went out to see what was taking so long and one of the nurses nodded to the other nurse and said she had told her to come see me! So she came in said they’d changed the order (without telling me) shrugged her shoulders and said what can I say??

Sooooo annoyed arghhhh

This was the same with me, I got there at 9am and didn’t have my surgery til 4/5pm. They were very apologetic though, just hang in there! Good luck!! Xx

i arrived at 1pm as agreed on my admission day and went to the anaesthetic room at about 6pm. i anticipated this though, and had my friend to chat with me all that time. best of luck! x

Update, went up at about 5:30, came round at 6:45. The nurses have all been lovely except one. Really happy with how they’re looking and not in too much pain at all. We have to stay overnight as its so late. Thanks for all your messages xxx
