Had my pre op appointment booked for a month, meant to be this Saturday and yesterday they call to say the nurse isn’t in and I have to rearrange. I thought bit late notice but ok. Then there are no evening appointments left, obviously because everyone needs those with work. I talked to my boss who is brilliant and said I could go early this Wednesday for what was offered. Then today I get another call, nurse isn’t in Wednesday either now. It’s beyond a joke! Had I not found the surgeon I want and paid my deposit there is no way I’d be using MYA. Really upset and disheartened by the whole process. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with them not sticking to appointments and for such a big decision not to mention the price it really isn’t good enough 🙁 x
