Girls, I’ve not taken anything apart from charcoal for wind. Just made sure I ate veg and drank coffee it works xx
I had the same problem, get lactolose! Worked a treat for me and I’ve been absolutely fine since x
I haven’t taken any tablet but I have eaten a lot more fruit and veg than I normally would. I’ve had 3 different fruits in my cereal, 3+ at dinner time and also 2 glasses of fresh orange everyday and I’ve been fine. Bit of a baby belly but think that’s from over eating haha oops xx
Haha thanks girls.. I can’t eat I only have shakes so I think I will just have get some lactalose.. Thanks for all your advise xx
Just spoke to my pharmacist he said charcoal doesn’t help at all if anything it bungs you up more!! Xx
I didn’t go for a week I took entrolax nothing happened two days later I was In so much pain my stomach was unbearable I was sweating everywhere I felt faint. The day later I finally went. I’m 11 days post op now and still look 6 months pregnant and still mot going to the toilet properly. I know how you feel it’s awful xx
Extra strong senakot, i took 3 before bed and went the next morning, was also 4lbs lighter for it aswell haha! X
Senokot and charcoal are a natural form of relieving you hence why they really are useless anything natural doesn’t do the trick, go to see your pharmacist and ask for fast acting relief they will give you something that takes half an hour to help I can’t recall what it is called, make sure u tell them u have had anaesthetic they will understand more what strength relief you need xxx
