multiple surgeries in different body areas is something common and it costs much less, though i would rather spread these processes in a longer period in order for my body to avoid such big stress!
But if you ask me, the optimum option to eliminate unwanted pounds is to try boost your metabolism. There are many tips to succeed this (at least they worked perfect for me, bringing my metabolism from 1800 to 3000 calories which made it a piece of cake to lose many pounds):
– drink 3 liters of water per day
– include strength work outs in your weekly schedule
– eat much protein after work outs
– eat carbs before work outs
– follow a balanced diet which includes carbs, protein, fat and fibers
– try eating MUCH protein (eggs, tuna, milk, yoghurt, chicken)
If you follow all these and give yourself a 3-month timespan i am sure you will experience some great results
