Feeling gutted :(

5 days po and I feel gutted 🙁 no the swelling had gone down I feel there is no real difference with my boobs . I stared off with empty and fuller bottom boobs and had 300 partial unders to balance nd fill then out and I really can’t see any diffference at the moment 🙁 are they likely to change over the weeks I keep reading about the dropping and fluffing stage but I’m not convinced it going to happen with mine ???? Feel like I’ve gone through all his for nothing . Did anyone else feel really tearful after the op ? Sorry it’s. It a happy post I just need some reassurance I think !! Xx

Aww sorry you’re feeling disappointed. I felt the same way for a while after my first BA. I became obsessed about them changing & spent most of my day in front of a mirror lol. They definitely do change and fill out. I know it probably doesn’t feel like it now but 5 days PO is so early and they do have a lot of changing to do! About 3/4 weeks they start to soften up and feel like your own. I didn’t really accept mine for months after. I think once you get out of the ugly sports bra and wearing nice clothes without bras you feel a lot better. I think everyone goes through a stage of wishing they went bigger too. Hang in there though things will definitely get better! Xx

Hi Hun I’m really sorry you feel that way, I’m 2 weeks post op and mine have changed so much, I haven’t really looked at them much bevause I knew I would judge them too soon and panic, just hang in there when I did see them the first week they look really flat! They will change a lot xxx

Try not to worry they really have a long way to go! I had a breakthrough around day 16. I was at a check up with the nurse and they looked a lot fuller and formed in shape.

Implants are a process that’s definitely not over night ur body has to get used to them and form around them it’s not an instant thing at all and final results can take up to a year.

Have some faith and try to be patient. I’m 11wkpo and mine look bigger than at 7 wkpo and I was measured a 28FF then…

Thanks Fran , I wish they would tell us this coz I always thought it was instant results but obviously not! Roll on a few weeks time x

Ur welcome hun! Lots of girls are in the same position. I found it helped to take pics every few days to monitor and celebrate the smallest of changes and compare. It really can be quite frustrating but hang in there!

Hey Lorna,
I had no idea about the “drop & fluff” until this forum. I’m only POD18 and mine are already looking bigger than they did when I got my strapping off at POD7. Iv just added some new pics today so feel free to take a look and you’ll see the change.
I know it’s hard to be patient but we both have a lot of changing to do, try and take weekly pics instead of daily cos your more likely to see the changes.

I am the same feeling very tearful and not sure I can see much difference. It is so sad as I thought I’d come round and they’d be there.. Think we’ve just got to be patient and wait 🙁
I am also still so bloated and my hormones are all over.

I’ve felt like they all week , but think coz ive not see the results I hoped for ! In my clothes I look smaller than I did before but maybe coz I still have the lovely sports bra on !! And they seem to sit really low god help me if they are still to drop !! ???? Boated yes I’m the same .its really not glam having boobies done ☺ I don’t realise it was such a process witb boobs either ! I though you picked them , paid for them had them done and that was it !!
Hope you’re ok too and we end up happy with our end result xx
