Feeling nervous!! Advice pleaseee!!!

Hi girls advice needed… I’m 5ft7 size 12 currently 36a (tubular breasts)and quite broad. I’ve had my consultation and felt really good with the 500cc implants when I tried them in the bra and I’ve booked my opp for November.
Just a bit worried now as ppl keep telling me that they will be huge.. dr frati said it would take me to a DD/E I would love to be dd but the thought of going to an e scares the crap out of me!! ????

I had it removed this morning. I’m going to take a proper frontal photo when I’ve got all the sticky stuff off. It’s a right nightmare x
