Hey girlies I’m 5 days post, had to snip the strapping abit cos I actually couldn’t breathe! Was making myself dizzy taking such deep breaths!
Quick question, someone please advise me of a comfy sports bra! I’ve got my macom over the strapping but it’s a tad big and I’m just not finding it comfortable at all! When I get the strapping off on weds i would like a nice soft supportive one to wear!! I bought some from primark for abit later on in my recovery but they don’t seem suitable while I’m still healing?? Heeeeeeelp! I’m so uncomfortable!!! Xx
iv been wearing an asda post surgry bra n iv prefer that 1 to the macom! it so comfy and it doesn’t rub on my incisions xx
I’m wearing an asda zip up front sports bra, it was £8 & so comfy! Doesn’t rub on incisions or anything 🙂 xx
Is it really supportive? And cotton soft? Haaaate the material of the macom! Xx
