Hi there loves, I had my surgery yesterday, day case . Was out from operation room at 11.00. Had left breast uplift +400cc BA. Feeling quiet heavy nd tight. Any suggestion to put me to ease xx.

@riya85 I also had 400 cc (but without the uplift) and I know exactly how you feel when I woke up the day after surgery I didn’t think I was ever going to be able to sit up again haha but it really does get better!! It also felt like someone was just sitting on my chest at this point I totally regret getting them done but a few days later it felt a bit better and now (6 week post op) I’m so happy and laugh at how I thought I was never going to be able to sit up cause they were too heavy haha! Have you tried using freexer blocks wrapped in a tea towel? Theyre good for swelling just don’t but the freexer block or ice straight out your boobs though, wrap it in something first! xx

@riya85 I did find it really difficult to get out of bed. Most nights my boyfriend stayed next to me and I would ask him to help me up sometimes or I would just do it really slow! Its a nightmare but one morning you’ll just wake up and do it haha xx
