Feeling very up n down..:'(

Hi girls..i posted a lil bit ago about feeling emotional but happy with the boobies so dno why i felt so emotional but getting quite upset now feel low tonyt and kinda feel like just saying this on here as i just dno wots goin on with me……i can b good..happy..like me..n then its like pmt but its bedn constantly like this for weeks now.Just feel alone with these feelings ryt now 🙁

If it’s been going on for a while then maybe go and see your doctor ? It might be a bit of depression or could just be the winter getting you down. I know it sounds silly but they do say that can happen in the winter months. My baby girl is a year and I feel like I’m still recovering from her being born cos I know exactly how you feel. I’m up and down too not to mention always tired so I’m gonna go see my dr. I hope the feelings don’t last much longer and you feel better soon xxx

Hi Chanel. I do know where you are coming from. I still feel quite emotional at 7 weeks. It’s strange isn’t it. BA is a positive thing! I’m putting it down to wanting this for so long, going through the surgery, recovery etc and there are so many emotions flying about. I went through a period of ‘what have I done!?’, to getting measured for bras and feeling great! It’s a long process. You arnt alone xx

aww chanel, i hope u feel better soon, im just 6 weeks post op gone, and im still up and down. my poor boyfriend is gettin the brunt of it! and im just emotional in general and cry my heart out for nothing! i need to start taking my evening primrose oil again! worked magic when i was gettin over emotional around my periods! xxx maybe try that? does help and all herbal ( and good for hair skin n nails) xx

Yep i possibly sound like im on suicide watch in that post! (im not) but i am fed up ov these moods im over emotional and it has been for weeks n yes its odd bcoz i dont feel unhappy deep down as im happy with boobs and life etc its just not something im used to and its gettin to me i may go docs if it carrys on till after xmas or try the herbal pick me ups thanks girls x

Oh sweetie, I know the exact feeling – I don’t know whether I am coming or going and I’m snapping at people when I shouldn’t. I wish I was back to normal.
