Feeling weird

Hi everyone, I had my op today with dr sleiter. Feeling confused as he told me to not wear a bra so much at home and let them loose yet the nurse on the way out told me to wear it for 24 hours a day?! Any advice is appreciated, I had 325cc over the muscle.

Maybe next to call up & all for confirmation … I was told to wear it all the time & had a band on for 4 weeks

I was told the same by dr Sleiter I’m 15 dpo however I mostly wear a bra as the nurse said It’s more supportive x

Dr Sleiter told me not to worry about it too much first few days as they’re not going anywhere. I wore mine though as I felt more supported x
