Feels weird when I run? 3mpo unders

Hi girls, I’m 3 months post opp and I start back running a couple of weeks ago. I had unders and run with a sports bra however I get a weird ‘gloshy’ feeling when I run and can feel the implants moving?

If I run with my hands firm on top of my boobs it doesn’t feel as strange. Any ideas what it could be? Implant just moving in the pocket or maybe I need a tighter sports bra? The one I have is m&s post surgery front zip and it is snug xxx

I started a similar thread last week after I started back at pole. Felt like there was friction with the muscle moving over the implant when I was doing moves. I think it’s normal and just something we get used to! I have read somewhere about wearing two sports bras when running though, maybe that will help x
