fell over on my front, now worried!

hi guys, im 2 weeks post op today – i had a fall at the weekend and i fell on my front, im so worried as it was a hard fall is there anything i should check for?? 🙂
also the swelling doesnt seem to be going down and niether do the lump inbetween my breasts 🙁 xx
