Felt something rip

Omg I just turned over during the night and had a really sharp ripping/tearing pain across the top of my boob from the armpit inwards, please tell me I’ve just pulled the muscle or something, I’ve taken ibuprofen and paracetamol, it was my right side which does tend to ache more at times I assume because I use that arm more, I’m 24days post op, my stitches on the outside look fine xx

How do thy look to you babe. Personally if they look ok I’d take it reall easy today, but if you want to put you mind at rest give the nurse a call. Xx

I did this but a lot earlier on that you. I saw the nurse about it and she said I must have pulled a muscle and to take it easy. She said that as long as they haven’t changed shape and they still look the same, then it’s more than likely a pulled muscle.
Try an take it easy for a while maybe. Hope the pain eases soon for you xx

They look fine not swollen or anything I am being very careful though I think if I’d done any damage I’d be in constant pain, it only lasted a few seconds but it did hurt was similar to a Chinese burn or wat u imaging ripping to feel like m, I’m gonna see how I am today n Tomoz n give call if Im Still worried but do think I did just turn my arm funny so just be careful for couple days, I can still lift my son with no pain or anything n they aren’t wonky lol xx
