    Hi Ladies.

    This is a very random topic but i wanna hear some female thoughts please.

    I have just been to one of my usual aerobic classes at my local gym which involves LOTS of jumping around and squatting etc. So i was getting on with the class when i started to feel my tampon coming out!….i went to the toilet thinking it needed to be changed, but it didnt!!! It had just started to fall out!

    Im worrying my vagina is so ‘lax’ that is cannot hold a tampon anymore!! oh my godness, im only 22 and no children! lol.

    Or could it possibly be from the jumping around etc…….helpppp as i am paranoid now!

    yeah totally can be from what you where doing! i get that sometimes!!! i have to be doing serious exercise but it can happen…maybe you are not getting “lax” its just your tampon was small or saturated which makes it easier to come out. ever try taking out a dry tampon?! it knacks cos it isn’t’ “moist” enough! a “well moistened” tampon comes out easier!

    Don’t panic hun! Just get doing some pelvic floor exercises! lol xxx

    sometimes strenuous exercise can cause that because of pressure you put on your “pelvic floor muscles??” I think thats it, think you can sometimes put pressure similar to like the pressure you put on your “downstairs” when your pushing a baby out lol. Also make sure you’ve put it in high enough next time! lol sometimes I dont put it in high enough and it can get really uncomfortable and comes out a little….its not very nice tho is it! My nurse told me I have VERY strong pelvic floor muscles so doubt its anything to do with them, and same for you probs!

    i felt my vagina was gettin loose a couple of years ago! without bein rude my ex was massive…it really got me down,i did some research and brought a product call aquaflex vaginal cones they are basicaly weights for your vagina £25 and let me tell you they are FANTASTIC! Restored my tightness and i only need a wee twice a day now xx

    yeah i was gunna say aswell sometimes if youve not put it in far enough you can still feel it and its uncomfortable plus all the excersise probs dint help, i think i read somewhere (it sounds awful) but if you can easily “grip” 2 fingers your fine lol. sorry to have to put it so blunt! x

    Ahhhh thanks girls! you have really reassured me!

    Im a midwife so i preech to all the women i come into contact with at work about pelvic floor exercises but i never remember to do them myself!

    Boots hun i was very embarrassed goin in there to buy them lol i wish id of got them on line just put em in and go about ur day gravity holds them in they are fantastic xx

    i think i saw something similar on tv once think it may have been on that embarracing bodies a woman was having issues downstairs and shes bought something like that were she had to tense downstairs to keep them in so worked the muscles, shes was doing hoovering and allsorts with hers in lol! x

    I’m so glad I’ve just read this because I’ve tried other things to tighten up after havin two kids I feel I need to, I bought some egg things from Ann summers but they didnt seem to help so bought some kegel exercise things abit like the balls but had tonnes of good reviews but there quite uncomfortable so I don’t want to use them again! I’m Definately gona order some of them cones now X
