Hi Kennedy. From my experience when you meet the surgeon you talk about what you would like from your surgery and then the surgeon will examine and measure you and tell you how they feel is best going forward and explain why.
You will then see your pc where you can try on sizers under your clothes. You can take a few outfits if you feel this will help.
Then pc will talk you through cost.
I think there is a 2 week cooling off period so anytime after that you can have the surgery depending when there is availability.
