    Now to tell the folks..eeek

Girls and guys who have had rhino, how do you stop sleeping on your front???
And how long are you not allowed to exercise for? I currently work out 5 times a week

    Hi laulau

Congrats!! Time will fly I’m sure and before you know it, you will have a lovely new nose! Dr G is THE nose god!

I had closed Rhino on 2nd Dec and had my cast off on Friday just gone. I am EXTREMELY happy with the results and cant stop looking at myself! 🙂

For me, the first 3-4 days was the worst in terms of swelling, brusing and sleeping. Sleeping on my back upright was awful as I am a front sleeper. I didnt really feel back to my normal self until like the 6-7 day but even then sleep was hard as your nose will still be blocked. Even now, sleep is hard for me still 🙁

I also exercise 4-5 times a week and I was told not to exercise for about 3 months from the nurse but Dr G said I could do something really light like a month later. For example, cross trainer or rowing. No treadmill in case I fall. He said sweating on the nose is OK.

You will just have to be paitent with this hun and in time, you will be back to normal I am sure. You will be so happy with your nose 🙂 xxx

Anything you need to know just ask x
