i am 18 years old with 2 children.i am a SMALL 32a and want a breast enlargement soooooooo bad.my parents own there own home and have finished paying ther morgage ages ago.there basically retired but foster my brother but dnt think its that much income.they have good credit.basically they have aggreed that they would put there names down for finance but i am slightly confused as i heard you have to earn over 1000pcm but on first medical website they sed you can be retired.help please.
