Hi girls!
I’m abit worried about how everything is being handled. I’ve only had my first consultation and wanted a specific date range to have the op. My first finanace declined do have gone through a parent, and they want me to be accepted before seeing the surgeon? But I only have 14 days to cancel the finance if I didn’t want to go with mya.

My date range for when I wanted the op was 19th-23rd January. Once the finanace has gone through she wants me to deposit £100 to secure the date, then pay the rest of the £500 deposit for the op in January.

I feel as though it doesn’t seem right, has anything like this happend to anyone else?

Maybe they just want to be sure you’ll be able to pay for it because if the finance gets declined then you’ll have to have a plan B and obviously they don’t want you to have to cancel your surgery date. I’m on the 10 month 0% finance and my op is on 17th Jan but I’ve gotta pay half the procedure cost next week ahh!! Definitely on a budget for Xmas now! X

Hi i got my BA through finance and paid my deposit to secure date before i saw the surgeon but i made sure i saw the surgeon within the 14 day cancelation period incase i wasnt happy and didnt want to go through with it…. Is that an option for you? When do you plan to meet with your surgeon? Xx

Hi Lisa, yeah that’s what I was doing but worried I won’t be able to see home within the 14 days as I work shifts, I tried calling today to arrange it before I applied for the finanace but no one could help as they didn’t know what surgeon I was going with. I wanted to meet with him in the next two weeks if it was possible xxx

Which surgeon are you looking to go with? I went with mr traynor and travelled from newcastle to liverpool for consultation within the two weeks. It wasnt ideal travelling but was worth it xx

I was accepted for finance today , when I went to fill out last bit of the form it asked for the 500 deposit then , but I called and said I want to see the surgeon first , I’m going to have a consultation with dr traynor on Monday , Lisa is he good ? X

@angel32x yeh i would recommend mr traynor 100% although im only 10days post op. But on here ive not heard anythn bad about him he was lovely! What size are you hoping for xx

I have no idea im just gonna see what he thinks I don’t want huge ones cos am only small framed , eeeeeek am so nervous , where did you go to get them done ? X
