Finance repayments

Hi guys, just wondering when you pay your first finance repayment. I’m just trying to see how long I have to get a bigger down payment. X x

Thankyou :). Another question. If I sort out the finance then I have more money before surgery is it possible to call them and change the amounts say within a week before for example X x x
