4 weeks post op tomorrow went out last night still had my sports bra on no one bumped into me but when I come home I was drunk and took my bra of and lay on my front I had my v pillow under me but I’m worried as i didn’t have the bra on and not sure when you can sleep on your front?
Take it you had a good night then? Was it even comfortable sleeping on ur front? If i put too much pressure on them when I sleep on my sude it wakes me up.
