Did you take the tape/strapping off yourself on day four? I don’t have my post op appointment until Thursday and i’m four days PO and strapping is driving me crazy!?

Thank you Yes Dr Singh told me to take it off on day 4 feels so much better when u get it off its hard work have you got anyone that can help? X
