Whopeee first run in five weeks and it’s 30 days since my op.

Trussed up in a shock absorber running bra, with a shock absorber compression bra on top… No movement and just ran 1 mile in 10:40 but felt so good……
Now I just have to see how my boobs feel now!!
    Wish me luck 🙂

Taking it carefully might not do it again for a few days just feels good knowing I can run again.

I’m not quick, when I did my 1st Msesthon in October it took me 5h 30m to do it 😉 but I got there in the end.

I have unders which take longer to heal, but for running you have a built in bra as they are covered by the muscle so I think are less of an issue for running once you’ve healed.
