Thank you, I’m 5ft4 around 9 stone and was a 34 a/b. I wouldn’t say a 6 pack I do got the gym 6 times a week, probably more toned xx

@Shiv when do you think youll get back into the gym? I know they say 6 weeks but I am like you and train most days so I’m worried about losing my tone and getting unfit!xx

Hey, still really early days. Yesterday was day 1 post op and I managed a walk around the block. Today I’m gonna try to go a bit further as I’m feeling a bit more active. I think about 3-4 weeks start back doing lower body xx
