How’s everyone got on with their first showers?
I’m 7 day P.O. and had my first shower, I found it horrible, my boobs felt like they were going to drop off! Event tho my bra is super tight I couldn’t wait to get it back on again!
Feel like Iv got back a stage also haven’t taken any co codamol for 2 days but now I’m getting more uncomfortable and more pains! Can’t help but feel like this is cuz Iv been taking my bra on and off.
Anyone else feel the same?
Hi Stacey! I cringed when I had my first shower. My boobs feel so weird I don’t even like putting my bra on so I was so nervous but it was ok! I felt so much better for being clean and feel like the heat of the water and motion of my arms and stuff really helped loosen things up! Feel like day by day I’m getting that little bit closer to feeling like me again. It did feel great to get my bra back on, and I feel so much more secure with my strapping on, but despite it feeling totally gross it was definitely worth it and think it will get easier every time 🙂 x
I hated my first shower! I couldn’t stand the water touching my boobs it’s such a weird feeling, I know what you mean when you say you thought they were going to drop off. I can’t ever touch them properly yet I really wanted to hold them to stop them falling off hahaha
