Hi- saw my nurse on Friday (2 days ago) and she said I can shower today and remove the dressings. I’m 7 days post op- I know most girls say they showered 10 days post op to remove dressings.
I still can’t lift my hands / arms over my shoulders so I’ll need help washing my hair.
Does anyone have any advice about taking dressings off ?
