First timer advice?

I’m about to book in for April and I’m a 38b currently as got wider chest and tubular breasts.
Been recommended high profile 450cc under muscle and aerola reduction.
I’ve wanted this for some time but feeling very nervous about pain and recovery as I’ve seen some awful reports of people feeling agony.
Can anyone give me an idea of how bad or comparable pain is.
Also if anyone had ba for tubular breasts and comfortable with sharing before and afters as not seen many I would be grateful.
