First trust preston reviews

Hey ladies, i have been reading CQC reports from the first trust hospital and its not great!
Was wondering what everyone who has been there themselves think of it?

I had my sugury there 6 months ago and can’t fault the place was clean staff where amazing and couldn’t do enough for you xxx

I agree with Stacey xx I was there jut Iver two wks ago & I had their full focus & attention xxxxxxx

I only had one complaint and that was about a nurse. I work for the NHS though and I thought she was really rude; didn’t speak to me at all. Said she’d bring me some water upon admission and she didn’t. Said she would take my drains out and never came back. Never explained I needed to go for a wee before discharge etc. So I only complained about her.

The hospital itself was really clean and the rest of the staff was amazing. Xxxx

Hi @kellienffc I found first trust to be great. Just had a quick read through their report. As I work somewhere that is inspected by CSSIW (welsh equivalent) I can guarantee that they’ll have had to act on all those findings as they’ll be checked again next time. I think the main thing to say is that there was no enforcement actions, that’s when you know it’s really bad! Inspections are really robust and tbh they almost always find something wrong x

I had my BA there last Friday (1st December) I cannot fault it! My admission time was 11 and then by half 1 I was having my op. Before then all the nurses and really attentive, came and explained everything to me, kept checking on me. Then after the surgery they were great aswell. X

I had my op 12 days ago and all the staff were brilliant. I got discharged after they switched onto night shift so I met quite a few staff and all of them were lovely I don’t have a bad thing to say about any of them. The place was nice and clean too x
