Does it depend how flat chested you are on what size you can have? And us it more painful if you really flat chested to begin?
if you have little breast tissue you will probs have to have unders and yes, may only be offered smaller sizes if you don’t have much skin to cover the implants otherwise you could get rippling x
I am flat chested. I am having implants under the muscle and biggest size I was offered was 325cc , hoping ill be a C/D
I am pretty much flat chested so having under the muscle, was offered up 2 380cc which wood take me about a DD, apparently I have ‘good skin’ so 380 wood b fine! Ur surgeon will let u no what is best 4 u xx
Yeah I’m flat, getting unders. I’ve not got a size as yet, but he said he can’t go too big or I’ll have rippling and risk my boobs being all stretched and awful. (Not sure what he means there because I’ve breastfed and have silvery strechmarks anyway). I don’t want to be big though, just proportionate.
I’m flat and I was offered 420cc. But I have some tissue as I breastfeed…
I really am flat chested but I’ve been offered 470 partials… weird.. confuses me xx
Partials are unders Adrianna xx
I had overs and was basically flat, it can depend on your surgeon for what you’re offered xx
Partials aren’t unders… unders go under the muscle… Partials are where the surgeon weave the implants half and half, so it’s partially under the muscle. xx
a pocket is created with the implant where the top is covered by the top of your pec muscle and the bottom is left hanging out xx
I know but surgeons quite often refer to them as unders when they’re actually partials as no one in the UK really does true unders anymore so when someone on here says unders/partials they’ll be having the same thing- partials. I’m not very good at explaining things haha xx
You only have muscle on the upper part of your chest, so when they say unders there will be part of the implant that isn’t covered by muscle. I agree Siobhan, I think they’re the same thing, the implant is only partially covered.
